MINDFULNESS IN THE CLASSROOM
We teach an 8 lesson program which teaches students an introduction to mindfulness for TK thru 5th Grade. They learn different aspects of Mindfulness to bring awareness to their breath, thoughts, emotions, and body sensations, cultivate gratitude and loving kindness for a healthy well being.
MINDFULNESS FOR TEACHERS, PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS
We provide self care practices for teachers, parents and caregivers through yoga and meditation.
