Compassion practice during Difficult times
In dealing with difficult emotions, we learn to name them, bring awareness to our breath, our bodies, thoughts and emotions. We create space for opposite emotions of anger, compassion, joy and grief. We are all connected through an Invisible String of Love (Patrice Karst). This meditation practice is adapted from the teachings of Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach.
